Please join us for an illuminating evening where history, conservation, and Indigenous cultures converge. The Doris Duke Foundation invites you to a gathering to celebrate Indigenous-led buffalo restoration efforts across North America, with a brief screening of Ken Burns’ latest documentary, The American Buffalo, and the companion short film, Homecoming, by Julianna Brannum. The films will be coupled with a discussion with leaders in the Indigenous-led buffalo conservation movement.
